We are absolutely thrilled with the coffee that we just roasted from Papua New Guinea! Having brought in several different varietals from the region before (including a peaberry), this takes the lead in flavor and depth, by far.

With the first sip, you cant help but pick out the notes of both caramel and dark chocolate.... more subtle are the hints of lemon and the spicy finish.
