This Balinese coffee is one of our favorites and we are thrilled to have it back in! Grown atop a large volcanic plateau in the Kintamani highlands, this sweet coffee has notes blackberry and strawberry. Coffee tree varieties in the region include Bourbon and Typica, and are grown along side shade trees such as Erythrina, Albizia, Tangerine, and Orange. The use of pesticide is prohibited in Bali and, thus, all fertilizers are 100% organic.
