Great coffee ? Customer Service

I love this coffee. I buy it whenever I am in Vermont. I decided to order online. When I got my box there were grounds in the bottom of the box. I realized that one of the six bags I bought had a small hole int. I immediately sent a picture in an email. No response from the company. I wasn’t expecting anything really but must an acknowledgement would have been nice. It is under the flap shown and got on my kitchen island when I took the bag out of the box.

Love this one

This is one of a few favorite flavored ones that Speeder and Earls offers. We do whole bean and grind as needed and this has a really great flavor to it!
