All of our coffee is satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason the product you receive is not suitable to you, please call us at (800) 849-6041.

Shipping

We use USPS as our default shipping method; you also have the option of UPS 2nd day air or overnight for an additional price. Generally USPS will deliver within two days in the Northeast. Larger orders may ship UPS.

We always try to get out orders out as quickly as possible (usually out within a day of receiving the order, except on weekends) however things may slow down with heavy traffic, particularly around holidays. Please plan accordingly! We are not responsible for late shipments. If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order please call us and we will replace it. Save the box and packaging for inspection or return!
