This coffee is produced in North/Central Sumatra in the highlands of Bukit Barisan. The rich volcanic soil of the region contributes to the rich, heavy body that is synonymous with the best coffees of Sumatra.

CanadaExceptionally good coffee. I worked in the coffee industry for nearly two decades, and this particular variety has always been in my top favourites. This goes extremely well with a little bit of sweetener and some real cream. In my experience, Mandheling is an exceptionally good cold brew as well. Buy several bags. You'll use it quickly. M.
