Organic Bali Blue Moon Coffee

Our Bali Blue Moon Coffee comes from Indonesia's hidden jewel: the island of Bali. When the Gunung Agung Volcano erupted in 1963, it stalled modern coffee growing in its tracks. So the government stepped in with programs to rejuvenate production, handing out coffee seedlings to local farmers and kicking off an island-wide growing campaign. Today, Bali's coffee-growing area covers an estimated 7,500 hectares, with Bourbon and Typica trees shaded by Erythrina, Albizia, tangerine, and orange. Pesticides are banned and the coffee is 100% organic, which is just how we like it. 

Our Bali Blue Moon organic coffee is a full-city roast to bring out a smooth flavor with a smoky, spicy aftertaste. Available as whole coffee beans or grounds.
